Sound Food began with a Sustainable Bainbridge farm-mapping project designed to answer the question: “How do I find local food?” As we gathered information, we found our vision expanding to include the whole food system including production, processing, distribution, consumption and waste/compost. You can access this information by signing up for the Sound Food News or at the Sound Food website.
In a community connected to its food sources, we see fresh approaches to sharing and caring for each other and for our natural resources.
