DESCRIPTION:@BI Ferry Terminal Beach\nJoin local naturalists out on the beach to observe the unique creatures that call the intertidal zone home. You’ll learn about invertebrates\, tides\, shoreline geology\, birds\, and how to identify these things on the beach. \nThese 60-90 minute low tide beach explorations are suitable for all ages. Boots or close-toed shoes are recommended. \nPark in downtown Winslow. Access the beach by taking the Waterfront Park trail\, crossing the ravine bridge\, continuing on the Waterfront trail across Harborview Drive and behind the condominiums to the beach access. \nMore details can be found here.
