DESCRIPTION:Join us for a conversation with Robin Little Wing Sigo discussing the power and story of clothing and textiles–what they mean\, and why we should care about and care for our fabrics. \nRobin Little Wing Sigo is the Director of the Suquamish Research & Strategic Development Department\, which includes the Suquamish Foundation. She is a member of the Suquamish Tribe and sits on the Tribal Council. Robin is also the creator of Sovereign Style\, a show that celebrates the ingenuity\, love and warrior voices of indigenous designers. She was also recently presented with the 2023 Champion of Justice award. \nThis event is free. Register here. Any donations will be divided between The Suquamish Foundation Land Fund and Sustainable Bainbridge.
