On June 20, the Bainbridge Solar Collective hosted its first-ever Solar Tour — a self-guided exploration of local solar installations, including community buildings and private homes. Participants had the chance to meet owners, see real systems up close, hear about different experiences, and get questions answered in person (What is it really like to work with installers? Do you have to maintain the panels? And how much did your PSE bill actually go down?). It was neighbors talking — the kind of exchanges that make solar tangible rather than abstract.
We are doing it again. The next Solar Tour is on Saturday, July 18. Based on interest from the first tour, we are offering both a morning and an afternoon session this time — when you register, let us know which you prefer. Same format, though: real installations, real owners, real answers. Space is limited. Registration is required.
