Kitsap County Solid Waste is partnering with WM and North Mason Fibers to give away free compost to Kitsap households on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kitsap County Fairgrounds -Thunderbird Arena. This event is first come, first served and may close before 1pm if all the compost is gone! Visit the event webpage to learn more details, including tools to bring and limits per household.
