Sustainable Bainbridge programs Zero Waste and Watershed Council recently collaborated to create an article for COBI connects on reducing food waste. Diane Landry, head of BI Zero Waste, and Deb Rudnick who leads the BI Watershed Council and is also a member of the City’s Climate Change Advisory Committee, wrote this article outlining why reducing food waste is a key component of our City’s new Climate Action Plan, and how you can take steps to reduce food waste in your own home.
