Bainbridge Island Environmental Conference2023-08-29T17:52:29-07:00

The Bainbridge Island Environmental Conference (BIEC) seeks to increase knowledge and empower action on environmental issues facing our Island community. The conference is an annual collaborative effort of multiple community organizations. BIEC brings local experts across a range of topics addressing the environment and sustainability into conversation with community members to increase learning and knowledge sharing across the community, energizing and encouraging action(s) to take as a follow up to conference participation. Additionally, BIEC aims to provide new perspectives and solutions to environmental issues facing the Puget Sound region.

BIEC recently completed its 19th convening, titled, Our Home on an Unruly Planet. You can learn more about the 2023 Program, and the many programs over the history of this event, by clicking on the Past Programs box below.
