ReFashion Show: Fashion in the Forest

Show schedule:
- 12:30 PM: Doors open and check-in begins in IslandWood’s Welcome Center
- 1:00 – 2:00 PM: Runway Show in the Great Hall
- 2:30 – 4:00 PM: Trails walk – Check out the creative genius of our artists and models at stops along the trails
- 4:30 PM : Return to the Great Hall for the awarding of cash prizes to the artists chosen by the three judges
As you enjoy the natural habitat and different ecosystems such as forest, glade, ravine, marsh and even a freshwater pond, you’ll be able to stop and visit with the artists to learn more about their designs and inspiration. In addition, all of IslandWood’s trails, treehouses, play field and meadows will be open throughout the afternoon.
Lobby activities:
- Jewelry exchange – Bring a nice piece, take a nice piece.
- Screen printing – Bring a blank t-shirt or bag and print (in an environmentally sound way) one of the student-submitted award-winning designs onto it.
