Grow Better with Veg Club

Is this your year to start a vegetable garden? Want more success in the one you already have? Maybe you’re not ready to grow but just veg-curious. Whatever your goals, you need Veg Club.

Created by Bainbridge Prepares and the Bainbridge branch of Kitsap Regional Library, this series covers everything from beginner basics to specialized local resources and techniques for experienced growers. Each month, session attendees get a different resource list specific to the topic of the class.

In the March 5th session you’ll learn how to get weeks more food from your garden with three succession planting strategies. You’ll also be able to grow earlier, better, and longer with easy-to-make, easy-to-move enclosures that protect early season plants, make heat lovers more productive, and extend your harvest season. We’ll also spend a little time sharing favorite seed varieties that do well here. Bring your ideas.

And it’s all free! Join us via Zoom on the first Tuesday of every month, 6:30-8:00 pm unless otherwise noted: https://krl.zoom.us/j/85709916119
